You do not need the original packaging or a printed form. The product itself is enough.

Step 3: Receive your case number and instructions

After submitting the form, you will receive a case number (RMA) and instructions for the next steps.

Step 4: Wait for verification

When the parcel reaches the service center, we will verify your claim. We will keep you informed about the progress by email.
