Step 1: Submit your return request

You may return goods purchased online within 30 days from the day following the purchase. Download and complete the return form, select the products you wish to return, and describe the reason for the return.

Step 2: Pack the parcel and include the proof of purchase

Place the product in its original packaging together with the completed form and proof of purchase. Seal the parcel securely.

Step 3: Send the parcel

Step 4: Wait for your refund

You will receive your refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be made without undue delay, no later than within 14 days after we receive the parcel.
